Return policy:

At the moment we do not do returns or refunds. If you are unhappy with your garment for whatever reason we can help you resell it through our Amuatiga platform as long as item has never been worn, washed, or damaged.

Shipping coats:

At the moment shipping is at buyers’ expense. Shipping is done from both Arviat, Nunavut, Canada and from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We do ship internationally but cost is at buyers’ expense and prices will vary depending on location. We are working on making shipping costs better.

Sizing:

As two seamstresses in two different locations our sizing might vary. We will always have a letter size (XS, S, M, L, XL) as well as a range of numerical sizes associated to the letter size listed in the garment’s description. Please don't hesitate to message us on Instagram or Facebook for more clarification. And check out the sizing page for more information.

Custom garments:

 We are currently not open to taking custom orders but when we do we will announce both on the site and on our social media pages.

Amauti and Amaaruti patterns:

We do not sell or give away amautiit/amaarutiit patterns (even to Inuit at the moment). The amauti pattern is protected and intended for Inuit only. Non-Inuit can wear and appreciate the amaut and amaaruti when purchasing from Inuit seamstresses but only Inuit can make and sell the amauti. Please respect our Inuit culture and customs.
